I made this after doing some research for a Reactor project. I found the book The Rough Guide to Conspiracy Theories and it had a small piece about The Montauk Project in the MKULTRA section.
The Montauk Project supposedly involved mind control experiments on around 250,000 boys under the guidance of Doctor Mengele, who had been shipped to the USA to work for the CIA under Project Paperclip. It is also rumoured to have involved experiments in time travel to retrieve the sailors lost during the Philadelphia Experiment.
I have designed it based on the style of American summer camp logos.
